After years of striving to please God, Karen Foster learned how to let God satisfy her heart. Now she wants other women to know the satisfaction that only God can bring.
Combining passion with humor, her talks are based on Biblical principles and practical application. Karen serves as a retreat and special events speaker to women of all ages and denominations.
The sessions are about 45 minutes in length for a retreat (3 or 4 sessions). Or they can be combined and condensed for a one-day conference under a given theme.

Exodus 17:3 John 6:41-48
If you weren’t allowed to grumble, would you have anything to say by the end of the day? Even when we guard our lips, our thoughts are bombarded with the media’s “breaking news” and dooms-day prophets. It’s enough to make a woman whine, “Is there any good news?”

Hebrews 12:1,2 and John 15:11
We are called to run the race with endurance, but how do we experience joy along the way? And how did Jesus endure the cross with joy?

Eavesdrop on seven years of intimate conversation between Loretta and myself as we learned to apply Biblical principles to our lives. See how mentoring is a responsibility and a privilege in the body of believers.
